These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Couple Photo Generator mobile application and website (https://aicouplephotogenerator.com), operated by LNX Cloud Technology("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using our app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Our services are available worldwide. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

AI Couple Photo Generator is an AI-powered mobile application that generates photorealistic couple portrait images by blending two individual face photos into pre-designed template scenes. The service operates on a coin-based system where users purchase coins to generate AI images.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

3. User Accounts and Coins

3.1 Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Coin Purchases

Coins are virtual currency used within the app to generate AI couple photos. Coins are purchased through Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective payment terms. All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided in the refund policy of the relevant app store.

3.3 Coin Expiry

Unused coins do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, unused coins will be forfeited without refund.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• ✗Upload photos of individuals without their explicit consent
• ✗Upload photos of minors for AI generation purposes
• ✗Generate images that are sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic
• ✗Generate images intended to harass, defame, or harm any individual
• ✗Use the service to create deepfakes intended to deceive or defraud
• ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
• ✗Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• ✗Circumvent coin requirements or attempt to access premium features without payment
• ✗Upload photos that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• ✗Use the service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the service immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use terms.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process those photos solely for the purpose of generating your requested AI image. This license terminates immediately upon deletion of your uploaded photos (which occurs automatically after generation).

5.2 Generated Images

AI-generated images produced using our service are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share generated images on personal social media accounts, use them for personal gifts and prints, and use them for personal profile pictures. You may not sell, license, or use generated images for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The AI Couple Photo Generator app, website, AI models, templates, design, code, and all related intellectual property are owned by LNX Cloud Technology and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written permission.

5.4 Template Images

All template images used in our app are either owned by us, licensed for use, or created specifically for our platform. Template images may not be downloaded, extracted, or used independently of the app.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal data and uploaded photos.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

7.2 AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated images are created by automated systems and may not always produce perfect or expected results. The quality of output depends significantly on the quality of input photos. We do not guarantee any specific level of realism, accuracy, or aesthetic quality in generated images.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LNX Cloud Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LNX Cloud Technology and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you upload or generate using our service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or to us.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@lnxct.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused coins are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@lnxct.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LNX Cloud Technology regarding your use of the service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
